"Caller ID is decent, but a bit hit or miss"
I mainly use axvoice because I really need the caller ID to tell me who’s calling. Most of the time it does the job, but every now and then the name is missing or it shows some odd info, even for numbers I recognize. Annoying. The setup wasn’t too bad, and the call quality has been clear enough for me. Overall, it’s not awful. Meh. I just wish the caller ID was more reliable.

This feels like a well-made piece of equipment. The box is solid, everything is working like it should, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. Overall, I’d say it gives off a reliable, no-fuss kind of impression.

I mainly got axvoice so I could call family long distance without stressing over the bill. So far, the rates have been good, and it’s definitely cheaper than what I was paying before. My old phone bill always had extra charges that felt unnecessary. With this, it’s been more predictable, and the setup wasn’t too hard either.

"Refund was handled smoothly"
I asked Axvoice for a refund, and they sorta just handled it without turning it into a whole thing. Support got back to me quickly, explained what they needed, and the money showed up like they said it would. there wasn’t much drama, which I appreciated.

"Decent service, but I wish the pricing was clearer"
The call quality was mostly good, and getting everything set up was straightforward, which I appreciated. The only thing that threw me off was seeing extra fees after I thought I had already figured out the total cost. Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but I just wish it had been made more obvious upfront. It’s not a bad service, and I’d probably feel better about it if the billing was clearer so I knew exactly what to expect

I tried signing up for Axvoice, it wasn’t no smooth process. A few pages took their time loading, and some of the steps didn’t feel all that clear. I did get through it in the end, so it wasn’t nothing impossible, but it definitely felt more annoying than it needed to be

"Canceling took more effort than I expected"
The service itself was fine, honestly. I wasn’t really paying attention to every little feature, but the main thing I noticed was how annoying it was to cancel. I figured I’d be able to do it online in a couple minutes, but I had to contact support and wait around instead. They did eventually cancel my account, so it wasn’t a total nightmare, but the process felt slow and kind of unclear. Not the worst experience, but definitely not something I’d want to deal with again.

"Support got back to me fast"
After I signed up with Axvoice, I ran into a little trouble getting my phone settings set up the right way. It wasn’t anything huge, but it was one of those things where I kept looking at the settings and wasn’t totally sure what I was missing. I sent a message over to support figuring I’d probably hear back the next day, or maybe even later, since that’s usually how these things seem to go.
To my surprise, they replied quickly, and the person who helped me explained everything in a way that was easy to follow. I didn’t feel like I was being talked in circles or handed some generic answer that didn’t fit the problem. I went through the steps they gave me, made the changes, and after that everything worked like it was supposed to. It was just nice dealing with support that answered in a reasonable amount of time and actually helped fix the issue

I had to update my E911 address after moving, and I wasn’t totally sure if I had done it the right way. Axvoice support got back to me quickly and walked me through what to check without making it complicated.
It was all taken care of the same day, which was a relief. You don’t really think about this stuff until you need it, so knowing the emergency info is set up correctly definitely makes me feel better

It’s been steady for the most part. I haven’t really noticed much downtime, so the uptime seems solid enough most days.

"Useful site, but it feels a little dated"
I was able to get most of what I needed from axvoice.com, so it definitely does the job. That said, after actually using it for a bit, the site feels a little old-fashioned. A few pages took me longer to figure out than they should have, and browsing on my phone wasn’t as smooth as I expected. It’s not unusable or anything, but the menus could be cleaner and the signup process would be better if it were more straightforward.

I use this for calls for my small business, and it’s been working well so far. Simple to use and gets the job done without much hassle. Any little setup confusion I had felt avoidable, but overall I’m happy with it.

The service itself might be fine, but the account portal is such a hassle. Every time I logged in, it felt like I had to do extra work just to find basic things. Pages loaded weird, settings were confusing to change, and half the time I felt like I was just guessing where to click. It got annoying fast. They really need to update it...
